08 July 2016 -  Wrexham - Bidston station usage statistics from 2007 to 2015

The WBRUA has abstracted  Wrexham-Bidston figures from the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) Station Usage data to prepare this spread sheet.   The ORR’s Station Usage data is generated from the Origin Destination Matrix (ODM), a comprehensive matrix of rail flows throughout England, Scotland and Wales, produced by Steer Davies Gleave (SDG)), and based on data produced for the MOIRA2 rail planning tool which itself is derived from LENNON, the rail industry’s ticketing and revenue system. This does place some limitations on the data which users should be aware of and these can be found in SDG’s report on the ORR’s website.  Figures for interchange stations also include passengers not travelling on the Wrexham-Bidston line and therefore have not been included when calculating growth.
